Since 2006 Pirrella have been helping households and commercial premises alike keep both ceiling fan blades like new and the task of keeping them clean very easy. Their one-size-fits-all nylon/elastine form fit sleeves simply slide over a blade and have properties that collect air-borne dust and the corrosive “calling cards” left behind by insects. Once the sleeves appear dirty they are simply removed, washed or replaced.
The invention has a Registered Australian Design (No. 127303), Patent (No. My124468-A) and the associated Trademark (property of Pirrella Holdings Pty. Ltd.). The Patent covers all fans including table, wall, exhaust, window, air-conditioners, propeller blades and rotors for windmills, aircraft and helicopters.
In 2011 Pirrella invented a sleeve applicator which enables fan sleeves to be applied and removed without the use of a ladder. In 2017 this applicator is now available to purchase.
